1. Fees for Arranged Travel

(Note)
“Group arrangement” means a case where multiple travelers designate a representative and travel the same itinerary together.
Where an amendment or cancellation is made at your request, our company shall charge the above Amendment Handling Fee or Cancellation Handling Fee in addition to any cancellation fee prescribed by the transportation, accommodation or other provider.
Consecutive nights at the same accommodation provider are treated together as one arrangement.
The above fees include consumption tax.
The above fees are per person or per arrangement.
2. Consultation Fees
